The PUWER regulations came into effect on 5 February 1998, and exists to protect your workers from unsafe  machinery and other work equipment.

If you are an employer or self employed person and you provide equipment for use at work, or if you have control of the use of equipment, the Regulations will generally apply to you.

Our engineers carry out thorough PUWER inspections, focusing on safety-critical components that could affect the capability of the equipment being operated in a safe and compliant manner.

The equipment which has been inspected will be measured and a full written report detailing areas which will require your attention.  For example if a machine has safety critical non-compliance MARMIK will inform you of the problem and the solution to rectify it.
